Firestone Evening of Giving Benefit Concert and Charity Auction

“Benefit Concert and
Charity Auction” to Benefit Two Local Children’s Charities Third Annual Event Features Live and Silent Auctions, and Music by Blair Clark”

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – A charitable, must-attend event in Indianapolis, set at the highest point of the city, with 360-degree views, will take place Thurs., December 3, at
D’Amore, 48th Floor in Chase Tower, at 1 East Ohio Street. The third annual “Firestone Evening of Giving Benefit Concert and Charity Auction,” presented by KECO Coatings, will start at 6:30 p.m. and run to 10 p.m. The proceeds will help grant the wishes of Indiana Children’s Wish Fund (ICWF) children ages 3 to 18, who have been diagnosed with a terminal/life-threatening illness, as well as help support the mission and activities of Racing for Corey (RFC).

We are pleased to announce Ed Carpenter, the only owner/driver in the Verizon IndyCar Series, has partnered with ICWF and RFC to assist with this year’s event. Ed Carpenter stated, “I am very excited to serve as co-chair for the “Firestone Evening of Giving” event. Indiana Children’s Wish Fund and Racing for Corey are both great causes that we are passionate about. We are looking forward to a great night, a lot of fun, and raising money for two great causes!” Carpenter drives the No. 20 car for CFH Racing, the team he co-owns. He has over 12 years of experience in IndyCar and has captured the coveted pole position for the Indianapolis 500 twice (2013 and 2014). He has been very supportive of RFC over the years, spending one-on-one time with the children at racing events. The Butler University alumnus resides in Indianapolis with his wife and three
children.
