Anti-Static

KECO CoatingsKECO applies coatings for dielectric and electroconductive applications, including Teflon®, which has high dielectric strength (high voltage tolerance before it breaks down), low dissipation, and high surface resistivity. Teflon® can also be electroconductive, minimizing static charge buildup while offering nonstick performance at 500°F continuous.

KECO 100: A non-stick liquid Teflon® coating, it offers lubrication for heat-sensitive substrates and release properties resistant to extreme temperatures. This one coat process is excellent for low-friction and resists most aggressive organic and inorganic solvents. Available in a variety of colors, it is able to resist heat reaching up to 500°F and down to cryogenic temperatures. This FDA compliant coating is used for a wide variety of applications, including shoe, food, and rotational molds, mixers, rollers, printing press ink pans and sumps, hoppers, vibratory feeders, and dies. KECO 800: An electrically conductive coating system, end-users receive a smooth, coated surface providing excellent release and toughness through high levels of conductivity and the elimination of static charge buildup. Able to resist heat reaching up to 500°F and down to cryogenic temperatures, the coating is able to be used on flexible packaging idler rollers, ink pans and sumps, powder coating racks, adhesive tanks, paint fixtures, paint mixing tanks, and more.
