PVDF Coating

About Our Coatings

PVDF Coatings (polyvinylidene fluoride or polyvinylidene difluoride) are a non-reactive pure thermoplastic fluoropolymer produced by the polymerization of vinylidene difluoride. This coating is in the fluropolymer family, and it is generally used in applications that require strength, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance to substrates such as solvents and acids. This coating is also a great product for applications requiring the highest purity. Compared to other fluoropolymers, PVDF products have a relatively low melting point at approximately 177°C.
